Anyone who has pets and/or shares their space with a furry friend, knows that animals DO talk!
In their own way, they Catmunicate with you.
You know the looks...
The look of anger, when you are trying to clean your cat's litter box and you know it has been a bit
too long since the last cleaning. When you look up, there is Fluffy or Casey or Queeny, staring
straight at you!
Waiting at the edge, by the bathroom door, making sure you are doing your job. "Clean it good
mommy," they are saying with their eyes. And, "Try not to wait so long, till the next cleaning, ok?!"
Even if Fluffy gets angry with you, they differ from humans in one major way. THEY NEVER hold a
grudge. Once it is over, it is over! They will not hold it over your head or not "talk" to you for a
certain amount of time, like a human would.
Their love is unCATditional. Dogs are the same way.
Dogs general emBARK on their daily journeys by seeking the morning walk, the chew of a toy and
the getting of the Greenie treat as often as possible. How do they tell you all of this? When they want
a toy or a belly rub? Fido or Biscut may jump on your bed and lick your ear (and they DONT want
sex in exchange)!
He/she may bark ever so quietly, in sing song sound, letting you know they are ready to walk, to play.
When an animal is in pain they will tell you that as well. They may hide under the bed or in their
favorite spot, to obtain comfort. They may not eat as much or actually shake their head at you,
showing either dissatisfaction or cower down to show fear or stomach pain.
From cats and dogs to dolphins and horses, animals CATmunicate in their own, non-verbal ways.
Once you learn to listen closely to their non-verbal language, you will discover a whole new
CATversation and relationship with Fido, Fluffy, Dolly Dolphin, or Mr Ed and with every beautiful
animal in-between!
