We Dream As We Live
A solo exhibition by Worm Carnevale

950 Hart St. Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY
PH: 347-263-4148
(1 Block from the L train)

Opening Reception: Wednesday, September 7, 7-10pm

Exhibition continues through September 14, 2011

Worm Carnevale's work is composed of exquisite nuances and juxtapositions of identity, adolescence, violence and
sexuality.  With this exhibition he has designed an immersive environment that spans two rooms and includes video art and
printed photography.

In the first room two projections will stimulate you with visual vignettes while an additional two projections scroll phrases which
have been said by the artist.  Music and sounds produced by Worm will reverberate throughout the viewing room.  One may sit
in the room's center to feed into the energy of the experience. You can even smell the air.

A photography installation measuring 10ft x 8ft from his series "Afterthoughts", will adorn the wall of the gallery's upper room.  In
the third room there will be 7 pieces from the gallery's
permanent collection of artists: Raquel Echanique, Michael
Kronenberg, Antoinette Johnson, Mikki Nylund, Mike Noel, Grant Stoops and Teddi Rogers.
