Putnam Station House
'That Red House' is a newly constructed lakeside home. The house design is eclectic and unique with both modern
and Adirondack decor. The Great room is open and airy with cathedral ceilings and is surrounded by numerous
windows and an unobstructed view of Black Mountain to the south. Teak wood and tile floors run throughout the
house. The gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with all cooking implements, dishes, etc, is adjacent to the Great Room.
Nearby is a wet bar, dining area and powder room. There is a 15' X 20' deck and a covered Adirondack porch 7' X

We are part of an association which boasts a large dock U-shaped dock for your boat or simply sitting and relaxing next to the lake.
There is a slip available for a boat up to 21 feet in length. Swimming off the dock is a breeze due to a sturdy ladder making it easy to
get in and out of beautiful Lake George. Guests with small children may wish to visit th drown beach. The town beach is a five minute
drive from the house and is located in Gull Bay. It is a clean and quiet sandy beach that slopes gently into the water.
