This charming Coconut Grove property, built in 1926, used to be a farm of The Grove back then.

The property, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with a pull-out sofa and a single bed and a salon with a pull out sofa is
perfect for a large family or group of friends, up 12+ persons,

The property reunites a Cottage, a House and a Studio including a private bathroom, with private access from the garden and a patio.


The 3rd bathroom's pictures are not available yet, it's under construction. The picture shown here is a similar project.

Have your BBQ dinners on the terrace, lit by the torches and surrounded with lush tropical greenery and secular trees.

The genuinely romantic cottage on the left on the picture used to be the Post Office of this side of the Grove in the 20ies. It has one
bedroom with a small salon and a sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. It sleeps one or 2 single, or a a couple, or a couple with a small
child.

The house on the right of the cottage has 2 bedrooms and a large living room that can be used as a bedroom, one kitchen and one
bathroom. It sleeps up to 7 persons,

DETAILS:
Cottage :   1 bedroom with QS bed  1 small salon (half separated) with pull-out sofa, full size.  

House:  1 bedroom with KS bed  1 bedroom with QS bed  1 living room with QS sleep sofa and single bed  Studio:   KS or twin beds.  You enter through
iron gates into a lush tropical garden with meandering brick paths. The 1926 historic Spanish style property exude Grove charm.   

The house (on the right) has a large and nice living room, full of light, with a comfortable pullout sofa for 2 persons and adining corner and one single bed , a
fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and full fridge, bathroom, a bedroom with a king size bed a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a nice
bathroom and a terrace on the garden with barbecue and hamac.

The cottage accommodates 2-3 guests ( full size bed and sleep sofa) or a couple with 2 children. The cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, with full
fridge, microwave, range, washer, dryer laundry outside, a salon, a bedroom, a bathroom and a sundeck. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the salon
has a queen size pull out sofa.   It is very well kept and maintained, and it is impeccably cleaned by a team of professionals !  

Did you know that the City Hall of Miami, a 5 minutes walk from my place, was an international sea-plane airport in the Fifties ? Definitively an interesting
place to visit... especially when it is surrounded with some nice restaurants on the Bay of Biscayne offering breathtaking views and moonlight and candlelight
dinners!  It's located on a quiet North Grove upscale residential street just a short walk to the bay and to the Grove village centers cafes, galleries and
boutiques, and the Marina.  It's a tropical Paradise near the center of Miami, 4 blocks away from South Dixie and 10 minutes from the airport.  By car, it's
minutes to downtown Miami, South Beach, and sandy tropical Beaches of Virginia Key and Key Biscayne, Marina & yachting or sailing facilities, Airport and
a lot more.  North East Coconut Grove is definitively the safest, most upscale and desirable location for a vacation in Miami.  

One block away, at the Marina, you may rent a jet ski and tour around the Biscayne Bay, or rent a motor boat or a sail boat, you can bike around the Grove.  
MetroRail Coconut Grove Station is a 5 minutes walk, Metrobus stop is one block away, lines 48 and 22, these will take you to all over the places.  Car
rentals are starting at approx $20/day with unlimited mileage, and there is a parking place available. Bicycle rental is inexpensive.  The North Grove is known
for its lush tropical greenery, large trees of all kinds, and lots of shade, peacocks and parrots. It is perfect for a vacation.  Places of interest :  During your visit
are Miami Sea Aquarium, Miami Zoo, Museum of Science, Museum of Science Discovery in Ft Lauderdale (1 hour distance), Alligator Farm and Everglades
boat rides in Homestead (45 minutes) Bay Side Speedboat tours, Island and Celebrity Boat Trips, Coral Gable Venetian Pool.? andering brick paths. The
1926 historic and renovated cottage exudes Grove charm.
